UEP Construction is located in Vadodara, up on the third floor of The Space building. The office number is TF-306. We are right across from Signet Plaza on Krunal Cross Road in the Gotri area. It’s a pretty lively part of the city, and the traffic at the crossroad can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. You can usually hear the horns honking from our windows while we are trying to look over blueprints. We moved into this office to have a central spot for our construction operations. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up drawings leaning against the walls. We do a lot of our work around Vadodara and the surrounding parts of Gujarat. The office is where we handle the boring stuff like permits and schedules, but most of the real action happens out at the sites. We aren't really the type to use big corporate words. We just talk about bricks, cement, and how much time a job is going to take. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, eating snacks and trying to get the numbers to add up. It is a bit messy sometimes, with coffee mugs everywhere, but it works for us. We just try to keep things moving forward one day at a time without making a big deal out of it.
