The Gate Way Hotel

We are over here at C-123 in the Yogeshwar Krupa Society. It is right on the Gotri Road in Baroda. If you know the area, you know the Hari Nagar Water Tank Road is the main way to find us. People usually call for directions and we just tell them to look for the tank. It’s a busy spot but we like it. The hotel has been here a while now. Most days start early with the tea being made and guests checking out or asking about breakfast. It’s not a fancy place but we keep things clean and try to make sure the rooms are ready when someone arrives. We have some regulars who stay when they have work in the city. The traffic outside can get a bit loud during the day but it settles down at night. Most of us working here live nearby so it's a short walk to get to the desk. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything like that. Just a few people making sure the beds are made and the water is running. Sometimes the internet acts up but we fix it when we can. The tea stall down the street is where we usually go when things get slow and we need a break. Baroda is a nice city and being in this part of town makes it easy for people to get where they need to go. We just stay busy with the daily chores and talking to whoever comes through the door.
