Mapple Group Of Hotels

We run the Mapple Group Of Hotels out of our office at 302, Radhe Towers A. It’s right in the Racecourse area of Vadodara, which is a pretty central spot for us to keep an eye on everything. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at booking sheets. Managing hotels isn't always as glamorous as people think it is. There’s a lot of worrying about laundry, kitchen supplies, and making sure the staff shows up on time. Our office here in Gujarat is where all the paperwork happens. It’s usually piled high with folders and receipts. We’ve been in this Vadodara location for a while now. The building is decent, and the lift works most of the time, which is a plus when you’re carrying boxes. We aren't a massive corporate team with fancy titles, just a group of people trying to keep the rooms filled and the guests from complaining too much. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe bursting or a computer crashing, and we just have to scramble to fix it. That’s just the hospitality business for you. We like being in the Racecourse neighborhood because it’s easy for people to find us. It’s a lot of work, and the days are long, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We just try to stay organized and keep things moving without getting too stressed out about the small stuff. There is always a pot of tea going in the corner because we need it to keep going.
