Lords Hotels Dahej

We operate out of B-25 Pramukh Vandana Society in Vadodara, Gujarat. Even though the name says Dahej, our administrative side is handled here in this society. It’s a residential-feeling area which makes it a bit more relaxed than being right on a main commercial strip. We have a small office where we manage the bookings and the paperwork for the hotel. Most of the staff here have been around for years. We know the 390 011 area very well. Our days are spent on the phone or checking emails. It can get a bit repetitive, but we have a good rhythm. The office is just a regular room with some filing cabinets and a few desks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or anything like that. We just focus on making sure the hotel guests are taken care of from a distance. Sometimes the power goes out in the society and we all just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a very local way of working. We enjoy the quiet of being in Pramukh Vandana. We have our tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs to be done for the next week. It’s a practical setup that lets us do our jobs without too much fuss or extra cost. We aren't a big flashy headquarters, just a place where the actual work happens every day.
