Tamboli Swati P is based right in the heart of Madanzampa. If you know this area, you know it’s a tight-knit place with narrow streets and a lot of history. We’ve been here for a long time, and we don’t plan on moving anywhere else. The space we work in is small, but it’s enough for what we do. It’s not a high-end office with air conditioning in every room or fancy lights. It’s just a real place where local people work. The sounds of the street are always coming through the windows—kids playing, vendors calling out, and the general bustle of Madanzampa. We like being part of this local scene. We don’t have any fancy titles or a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just us handling whatever comes our way. People in the neighborhood know us by name, which is how we like it. We don't use marketing tricks or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide what we can and try to be fair about it. Every day is a bit different here, but the routine stays mostly the same. We open up, check what needs to be done, and get to it. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours and we are proud of the work we put in every day. Sometimes the rains make the street a bit difficult, but we manage to stay open.
