Akshar Group

Our office is down in the basement of Pancharatna Apartment in Subhanpura. It’s No. 2, so it’s right there when you come down the stairs. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is nice for us. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need for Akshar Group inside. Sometimes the lighting isn't the best, but we have enough lamps to see what we're doing. Subhanpura is a good area to be in. We’ve got shops nearby and it’s easy for everyone to get to. We spend most of our time here looking over plans and talking to folks who come by. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of people in at once, but we make it work. We aren't fancy people. We wear regular clothes and drink a lot of coffee while we work. There’s usually a radio playing softly in the background. Most of our neighbors in the apartment building know us well. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the building’s furniture. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the day-to-day tasks. If the door is open, it means we’re in and working on something. It isn't much, but it is our place and we are here every single day. We like the local vibe.
