Spantech Realty Private Limited

We are based in the Arom Complex, right at the Soma Talav Char Rasta on Dabhoi Road. We actually have a few office units there, from number 10 all the way to 14. It gives us enough space for our team to work on different things at the same time. Spantech Realty Private Limited is a local business that has been around for a while. We focus on the real estate market here in this part of town. The office is pretty functional and we do not spend much time decorating or making it look like a corporate headquarters. It is a practical space where we handle property listings and all the legal documents that come with them. Being at the Char Rasta means there is always something going on outside. It is a very busy intersection. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or out meeting people at different properties. We do not use any of those big marketing phrases because we think the work should just speak for itself. We just handle the buying and selling and management of real estate as best as we can. Our staff knows the Dabhoi Road area very well, which helps when people ask us questions about the neighborhood. We are just a group of people trying to run a realty business. It can be stressful when the market is moving fast, but we just keep our heads down and do the work that is in front of us.
