Somni Properties

Somni Properties is located at 11 Makarpura in Charkop, Sector 6. We are on the ground floor of the Rutushri Complex. You can find us right near the Kabir Complex, which is a well-known spot in this part of town. Our office is easy to get into since we are right on the ground level, so nobody has to worry about climbing stairs. We deal with properties around the Makarpura and Charkop areas. The office is a simple place with some maps on the walls and a few desks where we do our typing and phone calls. It gets quite a bit of foot traffic because of the other shops in Rutushri Complex. We often see people we know walking past the window. The area is a mix of residential and small businesses, so there is always a variety of things to look at. We start our day by checking the new listings and seeing who has called us overnight. It’s a lot of manual work, keeping track of who is selling and who is buying property. We aren't part of some big chain. We just run this one office here in Sector 6. The ground floor stays cool during the day, which is good because we don't like using the noisy fans all the time. If you are near Kabir Complex, you are only a minute away from our door. We just take things one day at a time here and try to be helpful when people walk in with questions about local real estate.
