Our office for Solitaire Tradelink Pvt. Ltd. is located over at 966/2 in the G.I.D.C. area of Makarpura. Being in an industrial zone like this means it’s always busy around us. There are trucks coming and going constantly and plenty of noise from the nearby units. We’ve been set up here for quite some time now. It’s a practical place to work, even if it gets a bit dusty in the afternoons. We handle a lot of trading tasks from this desk. It’s mostly about keeping up with the orders and making sure the logistics aren't falling behind. Some days it feels like we are just chasing the clock. We don’t really go in for anything fancy in the office. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of files. The staff here knows the routine pretty well by now. We usually start early to beat the heat and the heavy traffic that builds up around Makarpura later in the day. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We talk to a lot of different people throughout the week. Sometimes it’s suppliers and other times it’s people looking for specific parts. We just try to keep things organized. It isn't always perfect, but we get the job done. The location works well for us because everyone knows where G.I.D.C. is. You just find the right block and there we are. We've been at this for years and it feels like home. It's just how we do things here.
