We’re located in Fatehgunj, tucked away behind the Rangoli Restaurant. It’s a busy spot in Vadodara, and sometimes finding a place to park near the office is a real struggle. Smeet Infrabuild Llp is our name, but most people just know us as the guys near the Training Compound. Our office is right by the Dattabu Bunglow. It’s a modest space because we’d rather be out working than sitting in a chair all day. We handle infrastructure and building work. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right materials show up at the right time. Vadodara is growing so fast, and we’re just happy to be a small part of it. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. We mostly get work through people we’ve worked with before. Construction can be a headache sometimes, with the heat and the delays that you just can't avoid. We try to be honest about how long things take. If there’s a delay, we say so. Our team is just a few dedicated people who have been in this trade for a long time. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our window here. It’s a tough business, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished building where there used to be just an empty lot. We just keep our heads down and do the work we’re given. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done and keeps us moving.
