Siddhi Estate

Our office is located at D 34 Marble Arch, which is part of the 7th Cross area in Lottegollahalli. We are right inside the Vallabhpark Shopping Centre. It is a handy location because people can do their shopping and then stop by to chat about property. We have been here for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Lottegollahalli used to be much quieter, but now there are new buildings popping up everywhere. We keep track of all that. Our space in the shopping centre is modest. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't believe in having a flashy office because we’d rather spend our time out looking at houses or meeting with people. Most of our work involves helping folks find a flat or maybe a bit of commercial space for a new shop. We know the landlords and we know the layout of the streets around here. It isn't a complicated business, just a lot of talking and walking. We don't use any fancy software to tell us what a house is worth; we just use what we've learned from being on the ground every day. People around here know they can just walk in and ask a question. We usually have the kettle on and are happy to share what we know about the local real estate scene.
