We are based in Ranoli, specifically at 209/210 on the 3rd floor of our building. To find us, you have to go behind the Bank of Baroda. Being on the third floor means it’s a bit quieter than the street level, but we still hear the bustle of Ranoli throughout the day. Shri Ram Rubtech is where we handle various rubber-related technical work. It’s not a fancy office space with expensive furniture. It’s more of a functional area where we manage our operations and keep track of everything. We have been in this location for some time now. The stairs can be a bit of a climb, especially in the heat, but we are used to it by now. Most of our work involves coordinating and making sure our products are up to the standards our customers expect. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a group of us working together in these rooms. The Bank of Baroda is a good landmark for people trying to find the entrance to our block. We usually have our heads down in paperwork or technical specs most of the morning. It is a steady kind of life here in Ranoli. We don't do anything too flashy, just stick to what we know about the rubber industry and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or trouble. Some days are long, but we just take it one step at a time until the work is finished.
