We are based out of Nandesari, specifically at units 209 and 210. Nandesari is known for being an industrial hub, so we fit right in with the other factories around here. Our work is mostly focused on rubber technology and manufacturing parts. It’s a dirty job sometimes, but someone has to do it. The smell of processed rubber is something you just get used to after the first week. Inside the facility, we have our machines set up and a small team that keeps everything running. We aren't a massive corporation with glass walls and suits; we are more about grease, heat, and production. The days start early here because the morning shift likes to beat the midday heat. We deal with a lot of industrial clients who need specific rubber components. It involves a lot of molding and quality checking. Sometimes a machine breaks down and the whole afternoon is spent fixing it, which is just part of the life in a plant like this. We've been in Nandesari for quite a while now and have seen many businesses come and go. We stay focused on our own floor, making sure the orders are ready for pickup. It’s a practical environment. We don't have time for many meetings, we just look at the schedule and get the presses moving. Lunch is usually a quick affair before getting back to the floor to check the latest batches.
