We operate our business out in Dumad. It is much more of a warehouse and trading spot than a fancy store where people come to browse. We deal with all sorts of different goods and supplies that people in this area need for their own work. Most of our day is spent loading up trucks or unloading new shipments that come in. We also spend a lot of time checking the inventory in the back. It is pretty dusty and it can get very hot during the summer months, but that is just the nature of this kind of work. We do not have a website or a sales team. Most of our customers come from word of mouth or people we have known for many years. We keep a lot of our records in old ledgers and some on a basic computer. It is not a high-tech operation by any means. If someone needs a specific supply, they usually just give us a call or stop by to see what we have sitting in the warehouse. We do not have any slogans. We just try to keep the prices fair and make sure the stock keeps moving out the door. Sometimes the shipments are late or things get stuck somewhere else, and we just have to handle it as it comes. It is hard physical work moving boxes around, but it is what we do here in Dumad.
