Shree Priya Water

It’s been quite a while since we started here at Shree Priya Water on Navjivan Road. Being right in the Swadeshi Chal area of Vadodara means things are always moving around us. Most mornings start early, usually before the sun is fully up, getting everything ready for the day. We mostly handle water needs for the families and small shops nearby. It’s not fancy work, but it’s important because everyone needs clean water. Sometimes the truck gets delayed in traffic or we have a bit of a rush in the afternoons, but we just handle it as it comes. The streets here can be tight, so navigating the delivery can be a bit of a challenge some days. We know most of our regulars by name now, which makes the work feel a bit more personal than just a job. The shop isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we keep things organized and ready to go. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but the basic need for what we do stays the same. Usually, it's just a few of us here making sure the cans are filled and the accounts are mostly right. We try to keep things simple and honest without making a big fuss about it. If you walk down the road near the chal, you’ll probably see our crates stacked up outside. It’s hard work, especially when it’s hot outside, but it keeps us busy.
