Shiv Kumar Kain

My name is Shiv Kumar Kain and you can find me at the Pushkar building on the second floor. The address is a bit long, but it’s on Dandia Bazar Road No 1, in the B M C Chunnabhatti area. A good way to find me is to look for Tip Top Tailor, as I am right opposite them. It’s a busy street with lots of shops and people doing their daily business. I spend my days up on the second floor working away. The stairs can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them, but it’s a good little space once you get up there. I’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the other shopkeepers on the road. We all kind of look out for each other. The area has a lot of history and you can feel it when you walk around. My office is pretty basic. I have what I need to get the job done, and not much else. I don't like clutter, so I try to keep things organized. Usually, I am busy with paperwork or talking to people who stop by. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have a fan that helps. It’s a honest place to work and I’m glad to be part of the community here in Dandia Bazar. There is a tea stall just around the corner that makes the best masala chai, and I usually head down there once or twice a day to clear my head. It’s nice to hear the noise from the street below while I am working on my various projects upstairs.
