Shayona Associates

Our office is at 11 Akota on the 2nd Main Road. We are in the R T Nagar Post area, specifically inside Amara Jyothi Layout. Our building is called Sahajanand Kutir, and we are quite close to Cargo Motor. It is a bit of a long address to write down, but once you are in the neighborhood, it is easy enough to find us. We have been operating Shayona Associates from this spot for a long time. It’s not a big corporate place. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks dealing with property matters. People walk in looking for houses to rent or land to buy in R T Nagar. We try to keep track of what is going on in the Amara Jyothi Layout because things change fast around here. New houses go up and old ones get sold. We have a lot of maps and old ledgers that we use to keep everything straight. We don't use any fancy language or try to push people into things they don't want. It is just about being honest and telling them what we know. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with all the documents, but we know where everything is. Being near Cargo Motor is a good landmark for giving directions to people who aren't from around here. We just do our work and go home at the end of the day like everyone else.
