Shanti Juniors

Shanti Juniors is over at B-3 Parsv Tenament, right near Signet Plaza on Gotri Road. It’s a busy area of Vadodara. The school is tucked away in a spot that’s quite easy to miss if you aren’t looking for it. I’ve been working here for a while and I know every corner of this place. It’s not a giant building, just a sensible space for a preschool. We have the usual stuff like some colorful walls and small chairs for the little ones. Most of our days are spent just keeping things tidy and making sure the supplies are stocked up. The traffic on Gotri Road is always there, and you can hear the sounds of the shops nearby throughout the afternoon. We get parents coming in after they finish their shopping at the plaza. It’s a neighborhood place, really. I spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors or the delivery guys who stop by. We don't have a big corporate board or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the kids are okay and the place stays clean enough. Sometimes the gate squeaks and I have to go out with some oil to fix it. It’s those little things that take up the day. We are just a small preschool in a busy part of the city, trying to keep things simple for everyone involved. It’s honest work, and that’s about it for us.
