Sanotra Sangita Ratanchand

Our place is at 2 Fateganj in the Akshay Nagar area, specifically inside the Ashoka Apartment. We’re right opposite the Sadar Bus Stand, so it’s always easy to explain to people where we are. My name is Sangita, and I run things here. Having the bus stand across the street means there’s constant movement and noise, but you get used to it after a week or so. It’s a convenient location for us because the transportation is so close. The office itself is tucked away in the apartment building, so it stays a bit quieter once you’re inside. We’ve got some old furniture and a lot of books stacked up. It’s not the most modern look, but it’s comfortable and it works for us. I usually get in early before the traffic gets too bad. Most of my day is spent coordinating things and talking to people on the phone. We don’t have a big marketing plan or a fancy mission statement. We just try to be here when people need us and do our work without making a big fuss. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just deal with it. It’s a local business, run by real people who live right here in the neighborhood. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to do our jobs well and keep things moving.
