If you find yourself on S N Dubey Road in Fatehgunj, look for the Laksya Complex. We are up in room 403. Saiyed Sadruddin N is the name on the door. It’s a pretty busy building with a lot of different people coming and going. The stairs can be a workout if the elevator is acting up, which happens more often than I’d like. Our office is a bit crowded with books and papers stacked on every available surface. It’s not that we’re messy, it’s just that there is always a lot to keep track of. The window looks out over the road, so we get to see the morning commute and the evening rush. It’s a good spot for watching the world go by while we work. We’ve been in Laksya Complex for quite some time. The walls are a bit thin, so you can sometimes hear the neighbors talking, but we don’t mind. It feels like we’re part of a bigger hive. We don't use any fancy language or try to sound like a big corporation. We are just local people doing our jobs the best we can. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and we all have to walk down to the corner for a cup, which is a nice break anyway. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in Fatehgunj.
