At Sai Sales & Service, we spend our days at Karelibaug, specifically near R C Dutt Road Alkapuri A/2. It’s a lively part of the city to be in. Our shop is usually a bit of a mess because we are always fixing things or unboxing new parts. We don’t really do the whole polished corporate look. You won’t find anyone in a tie here. We’re mostly in our work clothes, dealing with whatever sales or service needs come through the door. It’s been a few years now since we set up at this address. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners around Alkapuri pretty well. We share tea and complain about the traffic on R C Dutt Road together. When someone comes in with a problem, we just take a look and see what can be done. There’s no sales pitch or anything like that. We just tell it like it is. If something can’t be fixed, we say so. If it can, we get to work. Sometimes we’re waiting on parts and things take a bit longer, which can be frustrating, but we try to be honest about the timing. The office is small and the air conditioner is a bit noisy, but it’s home for us during the day. We’re just trying to provide a decent service to the neighborhood without making a big fuss about it. We enjoy the work and the people here.
