Sagar Aquarium

We are in the Classic Building, shop G/F-27, right opposite Akota Gardens on Productivity Road. Being in Akota is nice because of the greenery across the street. Sagar Aquarium is a bit of a humid place because of all the water tanks we have running. You can always hear the sound of the air pumps bubbling in the background. It’s a constant hum that we don't even notice anymore. We spend a lot of our time cleaning glass and checking the fish. It’s a lot of work keeping everything healthy. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful how we move around so we don't bump into anything. We’ve got shelves full of fish food and different pumps. Sometimes the floor gets a bit wet when we’re changing water, so we’re always mopping up. People coming back from the gardens often stop in just to look at the colors. We don't mind. It’s a local spot. We've been in this building for many years now. The light from the front window is good for the plants. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know a bit about fish. We just try to keep the tanks clean and the customers happy with what they take home. It takes a lot of patience to run a place like this, but we enjoy the quiet pace of life here on Productivity Road.
