We are located at C-7 Vrajdhara Society, which is right behind Bhaktinagar and opposite the Novino factory on Tarsali Road in Makarpura. It’s an interesting spot because it’s a residential society but we use this unit for our office work at Riviera Exim. Being in Makarpura means we are close to the industrial side of Vadodara, which is helpful for the kind of export work we do. The office is pretty quiet compared to the city center. We have a small yard in front where we sometimes park the bikes. Inside, it’s just a regular setup with a few desks and a shared computer for the heavy data work. We spend a lot of time coordinating with factories nearby and then figuring out the shipping routes from the ports. It’s a lot of logistics and detail-oriented stuff. We don't have a corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where needed. If the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We have a small kitchen area to make tea and eat our tiffins together. It’s a very low-key operation. We aren't interested in looking like a big multinational company. We just want to make sure the orders are correct and the clients are getting what they asked for. It’s a local business run by local people who understand how things work on the ground here in Vadodara without any extra fluff or corporate nonsense.
