We've been at Plot No. 988-16-2 for a while now. Gidc Ind. Estate is a busy place, plenty of noise and trucks moving around every morning. Hps Exim Pvt. Ltd. isn't a huge setup, just a regular workplace where we get through the daily tasks. Some days are slower than others. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that’s when most of us take a break. It's mostly just about getting the orders sorted and making sure things leave the gate when they're supposed to. We don't have fancy offices or anything, just the usual desks and the workshop floor. The weather gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially inside the shed, but we manage with the fans. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, so we just sit outside and wait it out. Most of the people working here live nearby, so they walk or take their cycles. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We’ve seen other shops open and close around the estate, but we just keep doing what we do here. There isn't much to say except that we show up at nine and leave by six. Sometimes there is overtime if a shipment is late. It’s noisy because of the machines next door, but you get used to it after a week. That’s just how life goes on at our spot in the industrial area. We keep things simple.
