Rasik N Patel

My name is Rasik N Patel and my office is located in Manjalpur. It is directly opposite Lalbaug Society. I have been in this same spot for many years now. It’s a straightforward setup with a desk, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of steel cupboards for files. I don't really have a big staff or anything like that. It’s mostly just me handling the daily tasks that come up. The area around Manjalpur is usually quite active, but my spot is just enough away from the main road that it doesn't get too noisy. I usually get here in the morning and stay until the evening. People from Lalbaug Society often drop by if they need something or just to say hello. The office has a tiled floor that stays relatively cool in the heat. I have a small window that looks out toward the street. Most of my work involves a lot of paperwork and talking on the phone. I’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot since I first started here. There are more shops now and the traffic has increased quite a bit. I don’t do any fancy marketing or have a website. People just know me and where to find me. It’s a simple way of working and it has suited me well over the years. I keep a calendar on the wall and a clock that ticks a bit loudly, but I don't mind it. It keeps me on track during the day.
