Rana Samir Chhatrasinh

My name is Rana Samir Chhatrasinh and I work out of number 8 in the Navab Chambers building. This is located in the Malsihan Bhaike area of Raopura. It is an old building with a lot of character. The stairs are a bit narrow and they creak when you walk up them but I like it. I have been here for several years now. Raopura is a very busy part of the city. There is always noise from the scooters and the people talking on the street below. My office is a small room but it has everything I need to get through the day. I have a wooden desk and a few chairs for when people stop by to chat or do business. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat it while looking out the window. You can see a lot of things happening in the market from up here. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two but we just wait it out. It gives me a chance to rest my eyes. I don't use any fancy gadgets or systems. I keep my files in big metal cabinets along the wall. They are heavy but they keep everything safe. Most of the people in Navab Chambers have been here as long as I have. We all know each other and say hello in the hallway. It is a good community of workers here in Raopura.
