Rana Nitin Suresh

This is Nitin Suresh Rana. I work out of Johns Cottage on Vadodara Whitefield Road. It’s a nice enough place, tucked away a bit from the main rush of the city. I’ve been here for a few years now. The building is older but it has some character to it. I don't really have a big staff or anything, usually just me and a couple of others handling things. We deal with whatever work comes our way. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the location, but we manage. Whitefield Road can get quite congested in the evenings so I try to finish up before the worst of it starts. I set up here because it felt more like a home than a stiff office building. There is a small garden area outside that I try to keep tidy when I have the spare time. My setup is pretty basic. A few chairs, some computers, and a lot of notebooks. I’m not really into big advertising or any of that stuff. Most people find us by word of mouth or they just see the cottage when they are driving by. It’s a quiet way to earn a living. I prefer the pace here. It’s steady and doesn't feel like a race. We just do the work that needs doing and go home at the end of the day. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains hard, but we just put a bucket under it.
