Most folks around Surat Gotri Road 5 know the name. It is just how things are in this part of town. I have been at this spot for quite some time, dealing with whatever comes through the door. The shop is not much to look at from the outside, but we keep busy enough. On rainy days, the road gets a bit muddy, but people still find their way here. I usually open up around the same time every morning. It is a habit now. Sometimes my family helps out when things get a bit hectic, especially during the peak seasons. We do not spend money on big signs or anything like that. Word of mouth seems to work just fine for us. You learn a lot about people just sitting here and listening to what they need. Surat has changed a lot over the years, but this little corner of Gotri Road feels the same. I remember when there were fewer buildings around. Now it is more crowded. I try to keep the workflow steady. It is not a high-tech operation. We use what we have and we make it work. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves. That is how I was taught. Life is busy, and there is always something to do before the day ends. I do not really think about growing big or anything. Just doing the job well enough so people come back is plenty for me.
