I’m based at 16 Ajwa Road, which is right behind the Sardar Estate area. We are also pretty close to Ramdev Nagar 1. It’s a part of town that has grown a lot since I first started out here. The office is a simple building, nothing that stands out if you’re just driving past. I’ve lived and worked around Ajwa Road for most of my life, so I know the shortcuts and where to find a good lunch. Inside, the office is pretty lived-in. We have some old wooden furniture and the walls are covered with notes and reminders. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a magazine photo. It’s a working office where things actually happen. Usually, it’s just a couple of us here, and we keep things fairly informal. We don’t have a strict dress code or anything. If someone stops by, they usually just find us at our desks. The area behind Sardar Estate is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice when we have a lot of thinking to do. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit in the summer, but we just open the windows and keep going. It’s a honest way to earn a living. We’ve been in this spot for years and don't have any plans to change that anytime soon.
