We've been here at the Samrudhi Complex for a while now. It’s right near the Sawad Quarters, which most people around Karelibaug know pretty well. If you’re coming from the Ward No 2 office side, we are basically just opposite that. It’s a busy spot, but it works for us. Raj Nitinkumar Nagin is the name on the door. People stop by when they’re in the area for other errands. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular place where we get things done every day. The morning traffic near the quarters can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We open up, tidy things a bit, and wait for whoever needs us. There’s a lot of movement outside with the office being so close. Usually, folks just pop in to ask something or take care of business. We’ve grown used to the noise of the street and the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a decent place to be. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy. Just the number 2 in the complex. Most of the regulars know exactly where to find us without even looking at a map. Sometimes the parking gets tight because of the other shops, but usually, it’s fine. We like being part of the Karelibaug community. It’s simple, it’s local, and we just keep our heads down and work.
