Jay Scientific Instruments

Jay Scientific Instruments is located on the Mazanine Floor of the Sai Krupa Apartments. You can find us on R. V. Desai Road. Being on the mezzanine floor means we have to climb a short flight of stairs to get to work, and the ceilings are a bit lower than usual. It’s a quiet space, which is good because we deal with a lot of delicate scientific glass and instruments. We spend our days unpacking crates, checking for cracks, and organizing various lab tools. R. V. Desai Road is quite busy outside, but once you are up in our office, it’s much calmer. We have rows of shelves filled with beakers, tubes, and measuring devices. It’s not a high-tech lab itself, just a place where these instruments are kept and sold. Sometimes it’s a bit of a squeeze when new shipments arrive and we have to find room on the shelves. We’ve been in Sai Krupa for a long time, so we are used to the quirks of the building. We don't do anything flashy. It is just a matter of keeping track of the inventory and helping people find the right tool for their experiments. It’s a specific kind of business for a specific kind of customer, right here in the heart of the city. We try to keep everything dusted, but with all that glass, it takes a lot of time and patience.
