Aakar Scientific Pvt. Ltd.

Aakar Scientific is based out of the GIDC Estate at Plot No. 443. This is our corporate office, and it’s right in the middle of the industrial zone. It’s a place where you see a lot of trucks and delivery vans moving in and out all day. Inside, we handle a lot of the administrative side of things for scientific equipment. There are boxes stacked in the corners waiting to be sent out to labs or schools. It’s not a sterile environment like the labs we sell to, but we try to keep the inventory organized. Our desks are usually piled with technical manuals and invoices. We spend a lot of time on the phone explaining how a certain piece of glass or a meter works. It’s technical work, but we talk about it in a way that makes sense to anyone. The office gets a bit of dust from the industrial estate roads, but that’s just part of being in GIDC. We have a small team here. We know who is responsible for what, so if a customer calls about an order, we can usually find the answer pretty fast. It’s a lot of routine, from checking the morning mail to finishing up the ledgers in the evening. We don’t have fancy lobby furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. It’s about getting the right tools to the people who need them.
