You’ll find our place at 15 Pratap Nagar Main Road. It’s a pretty busy street, so there’s always cars and bikes zooming past our front door. Prashant has been at this location for a long time now. The building is a standard one for this area, nothing that really stands out from the street, but it’s home to us. We’ve got a small team here just doing the day-to-day work. Most of our time is spent answering the phone or talking to people who walk in off the street. Since we’re right on the main road, we get all sorts of people stopping by. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on being here and being easy to talk to. The office is a bit cluttered sometimes with all the papers we have to deal with, but we know where everything is. It’s an honest kind of workspace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to help our neighbors and the people in Pratap Nagar with whatever they need from us. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall down the road and just watch the traffic for a minute before getting back to it. It’s a good spot to be in, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood. We don't complicate things; we just handle the work as it comes in.
