Plazzo Resort & Restaurant

Running this place at Dumad 30th Cross in the Tilaknagar Extension area keeps us moving all day long. Plazzo Resort & Restaurant is quite a big property to look after, honestly. There is always a leak to fix or some grass that needs cutting in the garden. We have the restaurant part and the rooms, so it is never really quiet here. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time and they know how things work. We get families coming in for dinner and people staying over for the weekend. The kitchen stays busy from breakfast until late at night. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble to get the generator started, which is always a bit of a headache. It isn't a five-star luxury place, but it’s decent enough for a stay. We spend a lot of time cleaning the rooms and making sure the kitchen has enough supplies for the weekend rush. The road outside can get a bit dusty, but once you are inside the gates, it is a little calmer. We just try to keep the place tidy and the food coming out on time. It is a lot of coordination between the front desk and the cooks. We don't always get everything perfect, but we are here every day making sure the doors stay open and people have a place to sit. It’s a lot of work but we manage it.
