We are located at 986/1 in Por Ramangamdi, right near the Getco 66Kv Substation. It’s an easy landmark to find if you are driving through the GIDC area. We are right opposite plot number 107. At Picson Construction Equipments, we deal with a lot of heavy metal and machinery. The yard is usually full of equipment that is either coming in for repairs or waiting to be sent out to a building site. It’s a dusty environment because of all the construction gear, and the ground is mostly gravel and dirt. The substation next door makes a constant low hum that you stop noticing after a few days of working here. Our office is just a small partitioned area in the corner of the main building. We have some old filing cabinets and a water cooler that gets a lot of use in the summer. We don't spend much time sitting down anyway. There is always something to load or a part to find in the warehouse. The staff here is small but we know every piece of equipment in the yard. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules. We just work together to get the machines ready. The traffic in Por can be heavy with big trucks, so we try to get our deliveries out early in the morning. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without any fancy distractions.
