It’s quiet out here for the most part, except when the heavy machinery is running nearby. The team is a mix of older experienced guys and some younger folks learning the ropes. We don't have any big mission statements or corporate slogans. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Por Ramangamdi is a practical place for us. We’ve been here long enough to see the local landscape change a bit. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign.
