Jay Corporation

Jay Corporation is found over at Por, just off J P Road in the Dawood Baug 3 area. We are tucked away a little bit, so you have to keep an eye out for the turn-off. It is more of an office and storage space than a walk-in shop, but we still see people coming by throughout the week. The area around Dawood Baug is mostly quiet compared to the main roads, which makes it a decent place to get work done without too many distractions. We have a lot of paperwork piled up on the desks and the sound of the printer is going for most of the morning. It is a family-run operation, so there is usually a lot of talk about what we are having for lunch or who is picking up the kids later. The walls are painted a plain off-white color that has started to yellow a bit near the windows. We have a small kitchenette in the back where we make coffee, though the kettle takes forever to boil. The shelves are packed with files and supplies we have used for years. It is not the most modern-looking place, but it feels comfortable to us. We have been in this spot for quite a while, and we know all the other business owners on the street. It is a steady way to spend the day, just managing things and making sure everything is in its right place.
