Pearls Infrastructure Projects Ltd

Our office is located at units 46 and 47 in the Nutan Cooperative Housing Society. We are in the Alkapuri Vasna area, not too far from Vadodara High School. Pearls Infrastructure Projects Ltd is where we do our building plans and site work. Being in a housing society makes the office feel a bit different than a regular commercial building. It's a bit quieter here, except when school lets out and the roads get full of kids and parents. We have a lot of blueprints and maps spread out on the tables most of the time. It’s a lot of planning and checking figures. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of staff, just a few of us working from these two units. Alkapuri is a nice part of Vadodara to be based in. We’ve been at this location for a good while. Most of our day is spent on the phone or in meetings. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People usually just walk in and we find a place for them to sit. It’s a practical workspace for us. We just focus on the projects we have going on and try to keep everything on schedule. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. The walls are covered in project schedules and photos of sites. It’s not a fancy setup but it’s where we get the work done. We enjoy the routine here.
