Patel Suryakant Desai

Patel Suryakant Desai is located on Palace Road, right near the 5th Main in the Chamrajpet Circle area. We are in the Vatayan Building, which is a well-known structure in this part of town. Palace Road is one of those iconic stretches where there’s always something to see. Being near the circle means we are right in the heart of the action. The Vatayan Building has a bit of character to it, having been around for many years. Our office inside is modest. It’s where Suryakant manages his affairs and meets with people who drop by. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights out front, just a simple nameplate. The interior is functional, with old wooden desks and plenty of shelf space for books and files. It feels like a proper old-school office. The ventilation is good, which is lucky during the hotter months. We get a mix of people coming through, from long-time associates to new faces who just found us on the map. The walk around Chamrajpet Circle is always interesting with all the local vendors and shops. We appreciate the history of this area and feel like we fit right in. It’s a place where work gets done without much fuss. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we just want a quiet corner to handle our business. That’s what we have here.
