We are located out in Sinor, specifically along the Pune Satara Road. It is a significant route, so there are always plenty of travelers and vehicles moving through the area. Being situated here means we see a lot of the world passing by our window. Our office is a very modest single room where we handle all of our business. We have a couple of old desks that have been with us since the beginning, and they show a bit of wear and tear, but they are still perfectly fine for what we do. The walls are mostly empty, except for a calendar and a few notes we have taped up to remind us of important dates. We don't believe in spending much on fancy decor or expensive furniture. It is more important to us that the space is functional and that we can find what we need. The afternoons can get quite hot when the sun is directly overhead, so we usually take things a bit slower during that time. We have a small kettle for making tea, and we often sit for a few minutes to talk about the day's tasks. It is a very simple, grounded way of working. Most of our neighbors are also small operators, so there is a nice sense of being in it together. We just show up every morning, do our work, and keep things running as smoothly as we can.
