I’m Pragna Patel and my place is located over at C/9 in Padra Jyotiba Nagar. If you know where Kothari Hospital is, I’m right behind it. It’s a quiet little pocket of the neighborhood, which I really like because it stays away from the main road noise. I’ve been here for a good few years now. The building isn't new, but it’s solid and does the job for what I need. I usually start my day with a cup of tea while I look over what needs to be done. There’s a small tree out front that gives a bit of shade in the afternoons. Most of the people who come by are locals who live nearby or are visiting the hospital and saw my sign. I don’t go in for big advertisements. I think if you do your work properly, people find out about you soon enough. The space inside is simple, just some desks and shelves. I keep things tidy but it’s definitely a working environment, not a showroom. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors because our numbers are close, but we just walk it over to each other. It feels like a real community here in Jyotiba Nagar, and I’m happy to be a part of it. I've seen kids grow up on this street and move away while I'm still sitting here at my desk. It’s a stable life and I appreciate the routine I've built up over the seasons.
