My name is Patel Kanaiyalal A and I’ve been working out of the Sankalp Complex here on Palace Road in Nanded for a good while now. Our spot is up on the second floor at unit 201. Most days start pretty early because the traffic on Palace Road gets a bit much if you don't beat the rush. I usually have a tea and get things ready before people start knocking. The complex itself is busy, lots of folks coming and going for different things, and you get to know the neighbors after some time. People find us easily enough once they get to the Nanded area. I’ve lived around here most of my life so I know the shortcuts and the quiet times of the day. It’s just me and a couple of others keeping the paperwork moving and making sure everything is in order. We don't do much in the way of big announcements or anything like that. We just focus on what’s on the desk that day. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going.
