Patel Hiralal Vasant is located in Miyagam Karjan, within the area called Punyai Nagar. Our address puts us right on the Pune Satara Road, which is a major route for a lot of heavy traffic and long-distance travelers. Because of this, there is always a bit of noise from the trucks passing by, but it also means we are very easy to find. Punyai Nagar itself is a mix of homes and small local businesses. Our building is a simple, sturdy structure that has been our base for a long time. It isn't a modern office with glass walls or a fancy lobby. It’s just a practical space where we can get our work done without distractions. We don't use any slick marketing talk or try to sound like a large corporation. We are just local people who have set up shop here in Karjan. The interior is very basic, with just the essential furniture and tools we need. We spend a lot of time sweeping out the dust that blows in from the main road, but that’s just part of being in this location. We know the people in the surrounding shops and we all get along well. It’s a busy environment during the day, but it settles down a bit in the evening. We are happy with our small spot on the Pune Satara Road. It’s a real place for real work, and we plan to keep it that way for a long time.
