I am Deepak Patel and I run my business out of the Punjan Complex in Pratap Nagar. My unit is A/12. We are located right opposite Hazira and very close to the Pratap Nagar Bridge. It’s a busy industrial and commercial area. You can always hear the trucks and cars going over the bridge. I’ve been in this complex for several years now. It’s a practical location because it’s easy for transport and for people to find. My office is simple. I have a couple of desks, a computer that’s a bit slow, and plenty of shelves for my files. I don’t go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. I’d rather spend my time making sure the work is done properly. My staff is small but they know what they are doing and I can trust them. We start early to beat the heat and the traffic. Some days are tough when things don't go as planned, but that's just part of the job. I’ve made a lot of friends in this complex over the years. We share news and sometimes help each other with logistics. It’s a grounded way to live and work. I don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. I just want to provide a reliable service and go home to my family at the end of the day. It's a good, honest life here in Pratap Nagar. Nothing more, nothing less.
