Parmar Pravinsinh Kesarsinh

My name is Parmar Pravinsinh Kesarsinh. My place of work is located at 24 Padra on Senapati Bapat Marg. It is very close to the old bus depo, so there is always a lot of movement nearby. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all through the day. The sound of the engines and the people shouting for their stops is just part of the background here. Being at number 24 on Senapati Bapat Marg means we are right in the thick of things. Padra is a busy area and it feels like it never really sleeps. I usually start my day quite early before the heat gets too bad. The old bus depo brings in a lot of folks from out of town, so the sidewalks are always full. My office is a basic room with just enough space for what I do. I have a heavy wooden door that stays open most of the time to catch a breeze. The walls are painted a light color that has faded a bit over the years. I don’t mind it though. It feels lived in. Sometimes I go for a walk down Senapati Bapat Marg just to stretch my legs. You see all sorts of things happening on this street. It is an honest place to spend a day. We have been here a long time and everyone knows the name around this corner. It is not complicated, just work.
