Jignasha Manish runs the shop here on Wood Street in Subhanpura. We are right opposite Arunchal, so that’s the easiest way to tell people where we are. It’s a small place, just number 1 on the street. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. Most people in the neighborhood know the building. It’s not a very long street, so you can't really miss us if you’re looking for the address. We handle things personally here. It’s not like those big offices where you never talk to the same person twice. We like the Subhanpura area because it’s got a good mix of homes and little businesses like ours. There’s always someone walking by. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just keep the place functional so we can get through the day's tasks. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the street noise, but we’re used to it. If you’re coming from the main road, just head toward Arunchal and we’re right there. We don't use any high-tech systems for our greeting or anything. It’s just a hello when you walk in the door. We do our work, talk to the customers, and go home. That’s the whole story of this place. It works for us and it seems to work for the people who come here. We usually have the door open to catch a breeze when the weather is nice.
