Parmar Harekrishna Shankar

I’m located right on 52 Gotri Road in Basavanagudi. It's right across from Ohm Society, so it's easy to find if you know the area. People call me Parmar Harekrishna Shankar and I’ve been working out of this spot for years. The traffic on Gotri Road can be a bit much in the mornings, but I’ve grown used to it. I keep the place open and try to help anyone who walks through the door. It’s a bit of a small shop, but it serves its purpose. I don’t have a lot of help, usually it is just me or maybe a family member stopping by to lend a hand. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. People stop by to chat as much as they do for business. I like the routine of it all. Waking up, getting the shutters up, and seeing who comes by. The building is older, maybe needs a bit of paint, but it holds up well. I don't make things more complicated than they need to be. Just practical work for regular people. Sometimes the paperwork gets piled up on my desk, but I get through it eventually. I’m not a big fan of computers, so most things are done the old way with a pen and a ledger. It works for me and it has worked for years. Come by anytime you are near Ohm Society. I am usually sitting by the window or sorting through some mail.
