Pankitchen

We are located on Vallabha Nagar Main Road, just off Kanakapura Main Road and not far from the E-hotel. Pankitchen is where we do all our cooking and prep work. It’s a busy kitchen environment, so there’s always someone chopping something or washing up big pots. We don’t have a big fancy dining room for people to sit in. It’s more of a workspace where we get meals ready for delivery or for folks who stop by to pick up their dinner on the way home. The floors can get a bit slippery if we aren't careful with the cleaning. We’ve got a couple of big burners that stay on most of the day. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the orders, especially during the lunch rush when everyone seems to want their food at the exact same time. We buy our vegetables from the market nearby every morning to keep things as fresh as we can. The noise from the traffic on the main road is always there in the background. We aren't trying to be a five-star place, just a kitchen that makes decent food for people who are too busy to cook for themselves. It’s a small crew and we all just pitch in where needed to get the job done. We’ve been here for a while and mostly rely on locals.
