Down in Akota, Baroda, you will find us at number 37 Ajit Nagar. We are right near Urmi Society, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. Our Eureka Forbes Ltd office is basically a converted house or a small building that feels more like a home than a corporate office. We like it that way. It is a bit quieter than the main commercial streets. We have a small yard out front where a couple of bikes are usually parked. Inside, it’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of stock, but we manage. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we function like a bit of a family. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the cricket scores while we handle the customer logs. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit; you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. Baroda is a good city for this kind of work. The neighborhood is friendly, and we know the neighbors well. Sometimes we have to move the chairs around to make space for a meeting or a training session. It’s a bit messy at times, but that is the reality of a busy branch. We just focus on getting the units serviced and making sure the records are updated in the system. Nothing too complicated for us here in Baroda.
