Pancham Villa

We've been here at Pancham Villa on Ajwa Road for a bit now. It's right in Sector 17B, tucked into that Bank Square area. Most people know the spot because we’re near Bhagyalaxmi Society. It gets busy around here, especially with the traffic coming off the main road. Looking out the window, you can see Lakuleshnagar right across from us. It's a regular neighborhood. We spend most of our days just keeping things moving inside these walls. The weather gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we've got our routine down. It’s not a fancy setup, just a practical place to get work done. People walk by on their way to the bank or heading home to the society. Sometimes you see the same faces every morning. We don't really do much to stand out, we just stay open and handle whatever comes our way. The address is easy enough to find once you get into this part of town. There's always some noise from the street, cars honking or people chatting outside the gate. It feels like a solid part of the community. We don't have any big signs or anything flashy. Just the name on the door and the work on the desk. It’s been home for us for a while and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the sector. There's always a bit of dust on the windows from the road, but we don't mind it much. It’s just life.
